Are you interested in sociology or population studies, and have you used data from the Generations and Gender Survey (GGS) in your work? Submit your paper to our competition for the best student paper based on GGS data!
The competition is open to all FSS MU students, regardless of study program or degree level, who have used GGS data (Czech and/or international) for their work. All authors of the nominated text must be enrolled at FSS MU at the time of nomination.
You may submit your manuscripts, published articles, and peer-reviewed papers (with confirmation from the editors that the peer-review process has begun). The submitted text should meet the formal requirements for a research paper in one of the relevant academic journals (e.g., Czech Sociological Review or Demografie).
Please send your nominations along with your manuscripts to ggp@fss.muni.cz no later than February 13, 2026. The top two papers may receive a financial award.

This October, the 8th GGP User Conference will take place in Tallinn, Estonia. Members of the research team of the project The Contemporary Czech Family will also present their papers and posters at the conference.
