Contraceptive behavior of women in Czechia
A new leaflet with the results of the “Contemporary Czech Family” study focuses on the contraceptive behavior of women in Czechia. The analysis shows how this behavior changed between 2008 and 2022.
The study based on the Czech Pilot Follow-up data shows that the most restrictive times (April 2021) of the COVID-19 pandemic were considered predominantly unfavourable for childbearing (54% of women and 60% of men). Some women (16%) and men (12%) evaluated it as favourable for childbearing.
