Contraceptive behavior of women in Czechia
A new leaflet with the results of the “Contemporary Czech Family” study focuses on the contraceptive behavior of women in Czechia. The analysis shows how this behavior changed between 2008 and 2022.
In a new article with data from the Czech GGS COVID Pilot, Tomáš Zvoníček, Martin Kreidl, and Petr Fučík (Masaryk University in Brno) focused on partnership satisfaction and conflicts during the Covid-19 pandemic. They found that while the frequency of conflicts between partners did not change between December 2020 and April 2021, partnership satisfaction dropped significantly. While partnership satisfaction decreased for men if they experienced job insecurity or the economic impacts of Covid-19, the opposite was true for women.
